If you cannot afford my rate, I do not want that to be an obstacle to you getting the help you need. I do have a sliding scale between $90 to $190. If that is you, no judgment. I just ask that you come from a place of integrity of what you truly can afford as I reserve those spots for those who truly need it.
About Insurance
A self-pay practice with possible out-of-network reimbursement
Payment is made directly to the practice at the time of service. Monthly superbills are available to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Before booking, ask your plan whether you have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, what deductible applies, and what percentage is reimbursed after it is met.

- What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much remains?
- What percentage is reimbursed after the deductible is met?
Cancellation Policy
Your time is held specifically for you
No charge
You gave at least 24 hours’ notice, so the appointment can be released without a fee.
Sessions are 50-80 minutes, and payment is due at the time of service. If you need to change an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is possible but the slot can be filled, or if you reschedule for another time that same day, there is no charge. A phone appointment may also be an option when attending in person or by video is not workable.
No-shows, and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice when the appointment cannot be filled, are charged the full session fee.
Why This Policy Exists
Wendy works hourly, and a held appointment cannot be offered to someone else at the last minute. The policy protects that reserved time while leaving room for practical alternatives when life changes unexpectedly.
Please raise any question or concern about the policy. It is better to talk about it directly.
