Not having Imposter syndrome and creating a safe space for you to learn and not have Imposter syndrome yourself. 

        Weaknesses:

Knowing all things board related (but what I don't know I will call and find out the answers to or consult as needed.). I received my texas license when It was the old board (basically every current supervisor did), so that's tough, but we are on this journey together and we will navigate this tricky board! 

Although I have years of experience working with couples, especially around improving communication and  EFT therapy, I have no official training in couples work, so If that Is your main focus as a therapist, you would probably learn a great deal more with a supervisor who specializes In this.
